Pit Orchestra

The Pit Orchestra performs for the musical production which usually happens in February or March. Instrumentation is dependent on the demands of the chosen show, but typically includes strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion. Rehearsals begin in mid November after the marching season, meeting once per week for 2 hours after school. Once the show is announced and the instrumentation needs are known, students may sign up for membership. Auditions may be necessary. Mr. Nathan is the director of this ensemble.
